CDF Housing Sacco was established through a resolution by CDF Sacco Members during its Annual delegates meeting held on 5th November, 2013 in Nairobi.

The principal activity of the society is to mobilize resources towards investments in real estate development through value addition for its members. This is anchored in the Society’s by laws clause 4.2 which gives key activities that may be carried out by the management in realization of the set objectives.
