CDF Housing Cooperative Ltd was established through a resolution by CDF Sacco Members during its Annual delegates meeting held on 5th November, 2013 in Nairobi.
The Housing Sacco thereafter was registered on the 7th February, 2014 under the Co-operative Societies Act cap 490, Section 6 (3) by the Commissioner for Co-operative Development. The society draws its members from the employees of the NG-CDF Board.
The key objective of the society is provision to its members’ a living accommodation and livelihood. We target areas with fair and reasonable prices that include ancillary services such as roads, drainage, water and electricity. For gated community we shall consider provision of facilities for physical and cultural recreation and all such other matters as are usual, customary and desirous for building estates, blocks of flats or single rules.
To ensure timely and adequate acquisition of acceptable plots, building estates, blocks of flats or single rules for physical, cultural and recreational benefit to members.
